16 former ministers face deportation for staying too long in the official houses allotted to them when they were MPs. The notice to them has already been issued on July 30.
70 former MPs are also in the queue to be served a notice soon from the eviction teams. Reportedly, they are yet to check out of official bungalows.
Some former ministers have been permitted to stay longer in the official bungalows on medical grounds, while others are making excuses with non-availability of any alternate.
Some leader including Sachin Pilot and Kapil Sibal told the judicial authorities that they have quit the official bungalows and they are soon to complete the paper works.
