AAP Eyes Haryana Municipal Polls

Untitled-5The Aam Aadmi Party, which had earlier declared not to contest the assembly polls in Haryana, is now eyeing the various Municipal Corporation elections in the state, according to sources.

Yogendra Yadav, senior AAP leader and key political strategist of the party said, “There is no reason why we shouldn’t contest the municipal elections in the state. The decision to refrain from the state elections was taken as they coincided with probable elections in Delhi. However, we will try our best to reach out to the voters of Haryana”.

Party would now try to establish itself from the ground level and increase the member base of the party, claims party cadre.
