ACB counter on June 5: Revanth case

ACB special judge M Lakshmipathi ordered the ACB to file their counter affidavit on June 5, listing its objections against Revanth Reddy. Earlier, ACB asked the special court to allow it to file the counter on June 8, as it collected strong points in respect of Revanth along with Sebastian and Vijay Simha. But advocates of Revanth argued that ACB must file their objections to the bail immediately. The ACB has already collected cc footage, voice recording as witness and deposited Rs 50 lakhs in the court. Since the accused are influential further investigation would be a problem if the bail is granted, said the ACB, which is planning for a strong and fool-proof counter. Besides, advocates demanded that Revanth must be subjected to lie detector and Narco analysis. The case is more interesting than before. How it takes a turn is suspense. Bargain for one vote is Rs 5 crore and Rs 50 lakhs is the advance. The TDP legislator MLA Revanth Reddy was earlier trapped by the ACB.
