ACB seeks further custody of accused

The ACB is planning to seek three more days custody of Reventh Reddy, Sebastian and Udayasinha as they want to collect more details for enquiry of the note for vote case under which the three were remanded by the special court. Today the accused were to be produced before the magistrate at 4 pm. They were subjected to medical examination and the ACB would submit their report to the court. The ACB has stepped up enquiry and searched the houses of the three accused. ACB seized pass port, pass books, hard disc and some documents from their houses.

Family members of Reventh were also questioned. Bank lockers are to be opened. Amounts in banks are under study to find out how Rs 50 lakhs was secured. They found in respect of A 2 Sebastian that he occupied the house while submitting wrong documents 10 years ago. The land lord is said to have complained to the ACB. In Nagol residence of Udayasimha a foreign liquor bottle was seized.
