After Maggie, Haldiram now

unnamed (1)After ban of popular Nesle’s Maggie noodles, it is now the turn of Nagpur based Haldiram’s food products. The Maharashtra government has directed the Food and Drug Administration to examine the samples of Haldiram’s readymade food items like snacks and sweets in the laboratory. Pesticides and salmonella bacteria exceeded the limits in the products and so the US has banned Haldiram’s food items. Following the ban in US, the Maharashtra decided to get the samples tested in the laboratory.
