The political stalwart and Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati on Sunday expressed her deep grief on the increasing communal disharmony in the country. She also accused BJP and RSS for spreading the hatredness.
Mayawati said, “Since the anti-people, pro-capitalist and communal government of BJP has come to power, the secular harmony in the country has been disturbed to a large extent”.
She added, “You all should remain alert of BJP, RSS and their offshoots as they are promoting communalism and disturbing harmony in the country”.
“This situation is a not a good indicator for strengthening the basic and pious principle of secularism enshrined in the Constitution,” she added.
She also slammed the Akhilesh Yadav’s UP government in failing to maintain the law and order in the state.
She ordered her party workers to prepare for assembly polls in Jharkahand, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra and Haryana.
