Anti sikh riots case on Sonia dismissed by US Court

The anti-sikh riots case on Sonia Gandhi filed by the Sikhs For Justice forum in a New York Court has been dismissed by the court as it felt that the case has “no subject matter jurisdiction and failed to state a claim.” Justice Brian M Cogan at the same time refused to entertain Sonia Gandhi request to not allow any further suits on the subject. SFJ legal adviser Gurpatwant Singh has said that the group will continue with filing the class action suite on Sonia and other Congress leaders despite the negative verdict.
