AP Assembly takes up discussion on no-confidence motion

K-Sivaprasada-RaoAP Assembly has taken up discussion on no-confidence notice given by the opposition YSRC. Although it does not have numbers to throw government, it plans to expose the defectors and also ‘black sheep’ from its members. No whip was issued due to lack of time. There was heated exchanges before the start of the discussion as the Opposition wanted to defer it by a day. But the ruling party, in an attempt to corner the Jagan’s group, insisted on taking up today itself and the Speaker K Sivaprasada Rao accepted the majority view.
