‘AP begins a new chapter’

22brk-159Prime Minister Narendra Modi said AP has started a new chapter while starting a new capital city and reacting to the Naidu’s call ‘manarajadani, manamatti’ he also handed over a packet of soil from Parliament premises and chanted Sri Sri’s stanzas in Telugu. He stressed the need to construct cities like Amaravathi. Venkaiah Naidu praised the Telugu CMs for their unity and asserted that Centre will stand by their assurance given to both the States. CM KCR was the centre of attraction as he rose to speak and he said that full support will be given for construction of the new capital which is the dream of Telugus. He expressed the hope that Amaravathi would be a wonderful city in the world. AP CM said they celebrated two festivals today and thanked the farmers who had given land for the city. They are conducting mananeeru, manamatti programme in 13,000 villages outside the purview of caste and religion, he said.
