After commenting that Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi are both in Mukesh Ambani’s pockets, AAP leader, Arvind Kejriwal chose to write an open letter to Rahul. Kejriwal asked Rahul to come clean on his understandings with the Gas major, Reliance.
Kejriwal had been accusing that the gas purchase pricing is being revised due to the collusion between Ambani’s with Congress leadership and BJP’s Modi as well. He said recently that Ambani has both Rahul and Modi in his pockets. He questioned the steady, unwarranted price rise in gas purchase price by the UPA from 2.3 $ per unit to 4$ and now to 8$ per unit just ahead of elections. He warned the public that there would be a doubling of all gas related prices in April including the connected inflation. The 54,000 crore benefit Reliance is to make through all this and the probable poll funding it is promising to both COngress and BJP is forcing the parties to keep mum on the issue, alleges Kejriwal.
He had dragged in Oil Minister Moily too in to this allegation. Moily replied saying that the decision of rising the Gas purchase price is of the entire Cabinet and not just his.
Kejriwal has already concluded that Rahul might choose not to answer his letter.
