Whipping up passions is not correct

Power Star Pawan Kalyan said whipping up passions especially the youth in the name of caste, religion or region is totally wrong. In a wide-ranging interview to V6 News soon after the release of his block-buster Sardar Gabbar Singh, the star said- “I can also arouse sentiments in Andhra region during the time of Separate Telangana agitation but did not so as I felt it is not correct. Caste shall not be the criteria for getting power”.

The star, who floated Jan Sena Party a few years back, made it clear that he would definitely contest the 2019 polls but hastened to add that power is not the ultimate aim of entering politics. Take for example, Anna Hazare or Jayaprakash Narain..they brought about a revolution without entering politics, he remarked.

He said he would act in few more films by 2019 before call it quits from the tinsel world.
