The South Indian Artists Association has come to Rajinikanth’s salvage as soon as the insisting distributors of ‘Lingaa’ Tamil version got the permission to carry out a hunger strike. The association announced a press statement suggesting that the distributors not to bother the actor and should discuss with producer about their compensation.
After the disaster of ‘Lingaa’, a large group of distributors decided to sit for a hunger strike in Chennai for major financial losses. It is common in a business to see profit and losses and actor is not responsible for film’s failure said artist association. We should still hold for distributors’ response.
