Asus Launched ZenFone smartphones today in India.

Taiwanese tech major Asus is all set to expand its presence in India with the introduction of its range of ZenFone smartphones today. To start with, the company will first launch three smartphones – ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5, and Zenfone 6 – in the mid and premium segments.The firm had unveiled various ZenFone models with screen size ranging from 4 inches onwards at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas and Computex in Taiwan earlier this year.

The Zenfone 4 features a 4-inches, WVGA 800×480, TFT with Capacitive Multi touch panel. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor coupled with a 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Zen UI, upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS. Other specs include: Dual SIM with dual standby (micro SIMs), 5MP rear camera with LED flash, front-facing camera, 8GB / 16GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 64GB via micro SD, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 1600 mAh Lithium Battery.

Asus ZenFone 5 has a 5-inch screen with 720p resolution and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). It runs on a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor with HyperThreading technology 2GB RAM and packs 2GB RAM. On the back, it has an 8MP camera with LED flash, while a 2MP camera is placed in front.

ZenFone 6  is the largest one in the series and comes with a 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) capacitive multi touch display. It is powered by a 2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor with PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 GPU coupled with 2GB RAM and a Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Zen UI, upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS. Other specs include: Dual SIM with dual standby (micro SIMs), 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera, 9.9 mm thick and weighs 196g, 16GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 64GB via micro SD, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 3300 mAh battery.
