The maiden budget session of the newly formed 29th state of India, Telangana, is all set to begin on November 5. K Chandrasekhara Rao reviewed the preparations of the session in a meeting today. The decision was also taken to place the budget on the chair on the first day of the session.
The month-long session will also be convened on Saturdays and evenings as the government plans to discuss more on various issues. The information was revealed in a statement released soon after the meeting.
The state also aims at reviving some acts according to the requirements of the newly formed state. The maiden budget session is expected to attract the media and the people across the nation as it will set several issues and disputes with other states too, especially with Andhra Pradesh.
