TS Cabinet, which met at secretariat, headed by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, has given green signal for construction of the prestigious double bed room houses for the poor programme and hand over the relevant documents to the beneficiaries on June 2. Houses will be allocated to all eligible poor under open tender system. It was also decided to perform the TS formation day on June 2, in a magnificent fashion. Poor under the limits of GHMC would be allocated homes which will be built on the lines of IDH colony. Ministers discussed G plus houses construction in Warangal and officers were directed by the cm to prepare plans. So also for setting up a Solar power park in Mahbubnagar district and the new IT policy was approved by the Cabinet.
NO LAND GRABBING
Further, amendments to the anti-land grabbing Act were also approved. The land grabbing trial tribunal will be cancelled as per the decision of the cabinet. The ministers meeting also took a decision to amend the Act to take stringent action against those who violated in occupying the government lands. In the finance department 13 new posts will be created. The chief minister informed his colleagues to take steps in the voting pattern and adopt a strategy at TLP meeting on May 29, for the victory of their candidate in the fifth MLC seat election. The cabinet also decided to organise the TS formation day in a fitting manner.
