CMs Meetings on water sharing Among two States

CMs-Meetings-on-water-shariHyderabad: The significant development towards the two states the officials were in a meeting on water sharing of Nagarjunasagar dam. The respective Engineering-in-chief’s of both the states met and directed to operate the Right Branch Canal gates to let the water go to AP.

And focus shifts to Krishnapatnam power generation facility which is accompanied by their irrigation minister, secretaries and E-in-Cs met at the Raj Bhavan in the presence of governor.

Power generation may hit in AP with the row over Nagarjunasagar water having ended, they temporarily on sharing of water between two states. The super thermal power plant (2x800MW) and Hinduja power plant (2×520).It had demanded its share of 53.89% according to the Reorganisation Act but AP ruled out giving a single watt saying the PPA mechanism.
