Command & Control Centre in city soon

unnamedChief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to set up international command and control centre in two glass made towers in Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. One lakh CC cameras will be linked up with CCC and officers were told to connect the main police offices also in districts with CCC. CM and other top officers, apart from top cops, would monitor situation arising out of natural catastrophe or any big event like Pushkaram from the building.  The government has come to a decision for setting up the CCC only after studying various systems used for maintaining law and order in important cities in the world. The cm selected one design out of 15 recommended by world famous companies. One tower will have 16 floors and 24 in another floor. A telepad has been designed on the towers which will be linked by a bridge. A solar roof would cover the towers. CCC system would be arranged in a big hall in the fourth floor. An auditorium to accommodate 1000 people, big video walls, land scape around the building and water fountains shall be added attractions with a parking space for 600 vehicles. A separate place will be allotted for visitors. The cm has entrusted the responsibility to chief secretary Rajiv Sharma, DGP Anurag Sharma and CP Mahender Reddy and officers were ordered to finalise a design and tender to start construction.
