CPI Demands All-Party Meet on Capital of AP

CPIThe Communist Party of India demanded an all-party meeting before state government of Andhra Pradesh takes any decision of the new capital city. K Ramakrishna, state secretary CPI put forth the demand on Thursday while speaking to media in Guntur.

He also demanded that the state government should compensate the farmers as the first priority, whose lands are to be taken for building the new capital city for the state.

CPI leader also asked the government to clear the apprehensions and doubts among farmers that were emerged following the government’s failure to implement the farm loan waiver scheme. He also warned the realtors if they try to raise business ventures in the name of development.
