The owner of crackers factory in East Godavari district which went ablazed on Monday has been booked under the the Explosive Substances Act and has been charged for homicide.
Meanwhile, the death toll reached to eleven on Tuesday due to the mishap in the cracker factory.
The Suprintendent of Police, East Godavari, M Ravi Prakash said that the case has been booked under U Kothapalli police station under section 9 B of Explosive Substance Act.
Under the section, the culprit is punishable to imprisonment for three years and fine imposition of Rs. 5000 or both.
The cases are booked under Sections 286, 337 and 338 of IPC.
