The draft of the Climate Rescue Accord was agreed upon at the 12 day long Cap-21 at Paris. The French Foreign minister Laurent Fabian presented the draft of the Accord to the Conference in the presence of French President Francois Holand, the General Secretary of UN Bon Ki Moon and Secretary of US John Kerry. The proposals advanced by India were given weightage in the meeting attended by 200 delegates of different countries. Mr. Fabian made it clear that no further amendments would be possible in the final draft.
This crucial conference takes place at a time when 2015 has been recorded as the hottest of the recent years.
