Drone falls on PM’s house

drone1An unmanned aerial vehicle – drone – fell on the residence of prime minister of Japan. The Prime Minister Shinjo Abhe was away in Jakarta to attend a meet on Afro-Asian affairs when the incident took place. However, the event sent jitters among the security staff stationed in Tokyo. These pilotless aircrafts are controlled from the ground. Drones are of many categories. Two patterns are prominent. One is used for surveillance and reconnaissance. And the other carries missiles and bombs. In the recent past there was a similar incident which occurred in Washington. One drone fell on the White House. There was no damage to property. Ironically these days application of modern technology has been employed more for destruction than for productive purposes.
