Earmark of Rs.200 Crores: Pushkar Ghat Roads

Tummala-Nageswara-RaoTummala Nageswara Rao the R and B Minister said that the State government is taking up various evaluation activities by investing millions of rupees to form Bangaru Telangana.

On Friday, The Minister laid foundation stones for various development works being taken up at a total cost of Rs 36 crore in Singareni and Kamepalli mandals in Khammam distric and under Pradhan Mantri Grameena Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) scheme between PWD Road and Manga Thanda in Singareni mandal at a cost of Rs 7.31 crore.

He also reposed a stone for a BT road being laid under PMGSY at a cost of Rs 8.63 crore from Pandithapuram to Mucherla in Kamepalli mandal.

Under drinking water scheme to be executed for Rs 20 crores

The Minister said panchayat roads would be built at a cost of Rs 200 crore in Khammam district and Rs 200 crore would be utilised for laying Pushkar Ghat roads said minister while speaking on this occasion. Rs 10,000 crore for restoration of tanks under kakatiya mission.

ZP Chairperson G Kavitha, SC Corporation Chairman P Ravi, Mahabubabad MP Prof Sitaram Nayak and Yellandu MLA Madan Lal were among those who escorted the Minister.
