On Friday, at Sircilla in Karimangar district K Taraka Rama Rao who is the IT and Panchayat Raj Minister has launched e-surveillance system to make Sircilla the best municipality in the country and reviewed a honor and inaugurated the e-surveillance centre in the local police station. The police will monitor law and order situation and traffic through the closed circuit cameras installed at main centers in the town.
KTR started a family counseling centre related to cases filed through ‘e-Sweekar’ program and also opened a FM radio station set up by the police and lauded SP, DSP and CI Vijay Kumar for using the media to develop traffic awareness among the town residents.
SP and DSP will use the sophisticated e-surveillance system to make Sircilla a crime-free town. Six electronic gates are there and closed at a time after incidence of crimes to nab the suspects, he said.
He announced that Rs 30 crore is proposed for outer ring road construction in town .And also women’s degree college and women’s polytechnic will be laid very soon.
KTR said that Pension will distributed from Dec 10 to 15 and he promised that efforts would be made for sanctioning funds for Textile Park in Sircilla into textile zone of mega cluster.
He said our CM is taking steps to attract Information Technology companies to Karimnagar.
The Minister laid foundation stone for Baddenapalle-Peddalingapur road taken up at a cost of Rs 6.5 crore. He also inaugurated additional classrooms constructed at a cost of Rs 35 lakh in government school at Ogulapura village.
