Entertaining nudity is beyond courts, feels Supreme Court

Issues of art and entertainment need not be interfered with, observed the Supreme Court and decided not to pass any intervening orders on a PIL filed against the nude poster of actor Aamir Khan released for the publicity of new film “PK”. The court subsequently quashed the PIL. At the same time, the apex court has asked for the opinion of states, with regard to a PIL asking to ban all tobacco products.
