Five Days Visit to New Delhi: KCR

v6During Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao five days visit to New Dilhi from February 6, he will take up several contentious issues pertaining to the AP Reorganisation Act, developmental and welfare issues, pending projects and release of funds under various Central schemes with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union ministers. Though Mr Rao is going to attend Niti Aayog meeting for the first time convened by the PM on February 8, he want to take opportunity to follow up on pending issues with them.

Dr S. Venu-gopala Chary, who is special Representative of Telangana in New Delhi who told to newspaper that when Mr Rao meets the PM, and he can handle all the issues like smooth functioning of the state, relating to the AP Reorganisation Act and others, especially denial of the rightful share of power from Krishnapatnam and the Hinduja project.

He said “The appointments of the CM have been fixed with Union ministers for discussing state related issues.” And he will also request Home Minister Rajnath to fast up the division of joint institutions as per the Reorganisation Act and he will also discuss problems regarding the merger of seven mandals in Khammam.
