Fleecing of students shall end: KCR

KCR-seeks-all-edu-bodies-unTelangana Chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao felt that squeezing parents by school managements shall come to an end. “Reasonable fee structure should be in place” he opined. He has also stated all educational bodies and systems should be brought under one umbrella. “We want to streamline the educational system. Except medicine, all other courses can be brought under one roof. Let there be a threadbare discussion over the subject” he said in Telangana Assembly today. He said if Right to Education Act is implemented in letter and spirit, nearly 40,000 teachers may go idle” he said. Mr KCR has also informed the House that he gave specific directions to the Finance department to clear all reimbursement dues by March 31 and students shall not hit the roads hereafter.
