Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on the eve of polling day that, “the BJP is likely to get an absolute majority and in terms of number of seats it could be 150 to 160, including 40 to 45 in Vidarbha region”.
The Union transport and shipping minister said that, “I am not in the race for chief ministership as I am not interested in returning to state politics, and there are many capable leaders (for the top post)”.
