A statement released by the GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) announced that the airport would come closer to its passenger and it has launched the live updating services on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. The aim it is to update customers and people about the new services and latest development at the airport. It also wants to create a platform with the people to engage.
GHIAL operates the international airport at Hyderabad. “We intend to provide an opportunity for better communication with our passengers and customers. This is yet another initiative of RGIA and based on the inputs received, we believe that we can further improve the passenger experience,” said S.G.K. Kishore, CEO of GHIAL.
It also announced that on special offerings, retail options, food and beverages and duty-free shopping details will also be informed about to the customers.
