Government Won’t Tolerate Crimes: Kiren Rijiju

Untitled-4Rijiju said, “Our society must exist harmoniously together and not be intolerant. We have decided to dedicate separate helpline and police force to deal with issues of students from North East region”.

Rijiju is going to visit Gurgaon today to take stock of situation and meet senior police officials of that area. A high-level meeting will be held, which will discuss steps required to prevent such issues.

The Nagaland youths were attacked by five people, who were in drunken state, after they allegedly refused to share a drink with them and got into an argument. Three of the five attackers have been arrested by the police.

As per the directions of the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Rijiju agreed to meet the family members of the victims and people from Northeast in Gurgaon.
