Harish Rao’s rendezvous with lambadas

harishIrrigation minister T Harish Rao has toured in lambada hamlets (thandas) extensively today in Medak district. He proceeded to the Sardar hamlet in the remote mandal Kangti in Sangareddy district. He formally broke a coconut to start a Kalu Baba temple. He took tea given by a lambada housewife and later held a rendezvous with the locals and enquired about their problems. He assured that Kayutha Lambadas will be included in STs as per Chellappa Commission recommendations. He also assured that 20 inns will be built beside the temple. He went to the house of one Ms Chimni Bai, the woman who played a key role in the construction of the temple. He took tea again at her home. He promised that modernization works of Nallavagu project and provide water to the last acre.
