High Court pulls up cops on Helmet

high courtThe High Court is very serious on non wearing of helmets by the riders of two wheelers in Hyderabad. The Court questioned the police as to why they were not implementing the helmet rule strictly. The Court advised the police to impose heavy fines on the offenders. The police explained to the Court that the chain snatchers were taking the helmet rule to  their advantage. The offenders faces are fully covered with the helmet and its visor Hence it was becoming very difficult to catch the chain snatchers in spite of the cc cameras. So the police are unable to enforce the helmet rule strictly.
