High Court rejects to interfere with Telangana Social Survey

The High Court at Hyderabad, listening to a House Motion petition on conducting the validity of the Comprehensive Household Survey tomorrow across Telangana without giving a GO about it first, has rejected to interfere with the process. Somesh Kumar, GHMC Commissioner presented the state government’s views on the issue. The Court has felt that the government has already explained it’s reasons for the survey, which figured in GO No. 50 also.
