The state government of Telangana has to face the brunt as the High Court slammed it for its divisive policies and approach against national spirits. The divisional bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar was hearing the plea against the state government’s Financial Assistance to Students of Telangana (FAST) scheme on Monday.
The bench opined that the government must be careful while implementing such schemes. The High Court also slammed the state government for not considering the students of other states equal.
However, the bench did not pronounced any verdict on the plea and adjourned the next sitting till January.
