A change is seen in USA. In the last seven years interesting changes have been recorded in the American population. Hindu residents in US has been on the increase. They occupied top positions in respect of studies and income. A survey on American population from 2007 to 2014 exposed certain changes in the USA. In 2007 the Hindus population was 0.4 percent and it rose to 0.7 percent. A minimum of 10 lakh Hindus were added to the US population while Muslims’ population was said to be 0.9 percent and Bhuddists 0.7 percent. Further, Hindus have been competing with fellow Americans in studies and earning.
While 77 percent Hindus were college graduates, American yoodus were limited to 59 percent. About 36 percent Hindus said that their yearly earnings were to the tune of over $ 1 lakh. The scintillating factor worth mentioning here is that 19 percent of total American population earn $ 1 lakh annually. Even in respect of marriages Hindus stay on single stand, according to the survey. And 91 percent of Hindus are selecting as life partners from their own race. The survey revealed that Yoodus and Muslims achieved success while continuing their tradition with stability along with Hindus.
