‘I can see confidence in the eyes of Indian Youth’, says Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella

Satya-NadellaThe Hyderabad-origin Chief Executive Officer of IT giant Microsoft, Satya Nadella has addressed a gathering of thousands of students in New Delhi on his second day of the tour to India. He shared a lot from his life on the occasion.

Satya, during his speech, was in full touch of vision, mission and emotion. He expressed the future of the world, technology, and he also shared a vision document for India and Indian youth.

“The energy that you create around you is going to be the most important attribute you bring to others”, said Satya Nadella in his maiden trip to India after assuming the office of the CEO of Microsoft.

“I do believe in the long run EQ (emotional quotient) does trump IQ (intelligence quotient). For without the ability to be a source of energy for the others very little can be accomplished”, said 47-year-old Hyderabad’s local lad.

“The energy is palpable, the optimism is palpable, and the confidence is here to be seen… I have been able to get that sense”, added Nadella.

“It really comes down to the ingenuity of the human capital in this country in terms of what it is that you are going to shape and change. It is this multidisciplinary approach to innovation that is going to shape and change what you will do and create”, Satya addressed the hall-packed gathering of students.
