Telangana aspirants are facing troubles as they cannot register for the entrance examinations for admissions in Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology to be held in April next year.
The Central Board of Secondary Education has started the online applications for JEE Mains exam from Friday but the aspirants who want to apply online and give their centers in Telangana could not fill the form while others who gave their center for exam in Andhra Pradesh and other states can complete the application procedure.
CBSE allows the students to fill application form both online and offline. The examination will be held in only few cities. If a student qualifies the JEE Advanced then he will be allowed to be admitted in IIT.
The offline JEE Mains examination is scheduled to be held on April 4 next year while the online exam will be held on April 10 and 11. In Telangana, the offline exam will be held in Hyderabad, Khammam and Warangal. The online exam will be held in other cities like Adilabad, Mahbubnagar and Karimnagar
