India lauds Anant Ambani’s grit for shedding 108 kilos

Anant-AmbaniIt is really incredible! Anant Ambani, son of Mukhesh Ambani, who has struggled with corpulent constitution for years, has shed his fat remarkably and lost a staggering 108 kilos in just 18 months.
“A strict diet and exercise for five-six hours every day made his reduce his obese. His daily exercise regimen included a 21-km walk, followed by yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises. He stuck to a zero-sugar, low-carb diet along with adequate fat and protein”, according to a story published recently.

On his part, the young guy credited his weight-loss to his mother Nita Ambani.
But she has a different explanation. “Not me, he was my source of inspiration. I too followed his diet, exercise schedules. Normally a child does whatever his mother does. Whenever he ate, I ate. Whenever he goes for a walk, I too did the same. In the process, I also lost my shed my extra flab” she explained.
