Wriddhiman Saha remained unbeaten on with 58 (120 b, 6×4). Tailender Bhuvneshwar Kumar managed 23 (51 b, 2×4, 1×6).
Rohit Sharma, who got out towards the close of Day 3, was the top scorer at 82 (132 b, 9×4, 2×6).
Trent Boult (3-38), Matt Henry (3-59) and Mitchell Santner (3-60) were the principal wicket takers for the visitors.
