India trounced Pak in hockey

India-trounced-Pak-in-hockeIn-form India continued its winning edge at the Sultan Azlan Shaw Cup- defeating arch-rival Pakistan 5-1 today. SV Sunil scored two goals while Manpreet, Rupinder Paul and Talwinder Singh foxed the Pak frontline and scored one goal each. But Rupinder failed to convert a penalty stroke a goal.
With this win, India moved to the second spot with nine points from four games, while Pakistan remain on the sixth spot with three points from four matches.

New Zealand, who lost to Australia and gave their trans-Tasman neighbours fourth straight win from as many games earlier in the day, dropped to the third position.
