Indian scientist denies WHO air pollution report on Delhi

Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology scientist Gufram Beig has rejected the recently released WHO environmental report that states Delhi as the most pollute city in the World. He said, the data is over estimated about PM2.5 which is put at 153 micrograms per cubic meter, which is actually at 110 in Delhi. Beijing, which is generally referred to as one of the most polluted city data is also wrong, said the scientist. Beijing figures are put at 56 in the report, but they are at about 100 said Mr. Beig.
