Indians Left Playing Snakes, We Play with Mouse now, Said Modi in Tokyo

modiPrime Minister Narendra Modi on today said in a gathering of Indians in Japan to work for the ‘Clean India’ dream of Mahatma Gandhi and asked them to spread the message over WhatsApp and Twitter.

He said that Indians should work towards ‘Swachh Bharat’ in order to honour Gandhi.

Mr Modi said, “So if you write to your folks back in India…I know you don’t write letters anymore… You must be connected on WhatsApp or have made friends on Twitter, it is important to get the message across, no matter what the medium”.

Modi also said that in the past we used to play with snakes, now we are playing with the mouse. He said that world moves with a mouse in the hands of our youth.

The PM waded into the crowd before the meeting with the Indian community, as he broke a security cordon at the Indian Embassy to shake hands with the mob.
