IPL may not happen in India?

On the second day of IPL player auctions for the seventh edition of the game, there is news circulating that the tourney may not happen in India after all! Due to the impending general elections, BCCI is heard to be considering moving the game out of country for security reasons. The possible alternatives could be Sri Lanka, or South Africa. Bigger probability is SA as the Rainbow nation has already held the matches once way back during the second edition. SA has also hosted the T20 Champions league earlier. The weather is also very conducive to cricket this time of year in there.

In rising bonhomie between SA and India, the tourney would be welcome by officials there. BCCI officials and team owners will soon take a decision on this matter.
