The Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhara Rao was forced to offer his apology over offensive remarks by the opposition parties. KCR said the Speaker that he takes back his words and urged the chair to remove the words from the records. The apology was made on the remark made on Congress MLA Bhatti Vikramarka while the discussion was resuming on allotment of lands to DLF in Raidurg in Serlingampally mandal last week.
KCR had said, “Are you not able to digest the facts? Are they not palatable to you? I know you can’t. Mr. Bhatti Vikramarka, you keep quiet! You sit down!”
KCR also stopped TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy from making his point on the issue. KCR warned him that if he speaks, he would have to resort to ‘Operation Blue Star’.
Congress MLA Bhatti took the matter to the Speaker. He objected on the body language of the Chief Minister and accused him of indecent behaviour.
