Virat Kohli has once again played a captain innings hitting a breezy half century in the second test against England at Visakhapatnam today. At draw of stumps, India were 98/3 with Kohli unbeaten on 56 and Ajinkya Rahane on 22 in their second innings.
As England was restricted to 255, India’s lead was stretched to 298 with seven wickets in hand. Though India has tightened its grip, everything depends on how many more runs India could add and also how sharply Indian spinners could bowl.
Scores: India 455 and 98/3
