Komaram’s memorial soon

hqdefaultGirijans’ welfare leader Komaram Bheem’s memorial and a museum in 81 acres are being constructed in Adilabad district to commemorate his 75th death anniversary at Porugadda Jodeghat meeting. District
Collector Jaganmohan has declared a holiday in the district for the programme. Ministers KTR, Chandulal, Jogu Ramanna, A Indrakaran Reddy, MPs and MLAs area expected to participate in the meeting to pay
tributes to the Gond leader and recall his national services on the occasion. Special RTC services will lift people from different parts of the district to attend the programme. A tar road from Hatti to Jodeghat is also ready and a new power line is also getting ready in
Bheem’s birth place Asifabad. Government has allocated house-site in
Keramari to his grand son Sone Rao and three house-sites to his family
members. Government is also looking after the welfare of Sone Rao’s
daughter and son as part of the scheme to honour Bheem.
