As the concept of T Hub becomes successful, the Telangana government has embarked on developing it further and making plans to launch T Hub-2. This second one is going to be an ultra model one, which can house at least 600 start up companies . There are 150 start ups in the first one. The design of the buildings are said to be ready and a final nod from the concerned minister KT Rama Rao, who has taken upon the mantle of marketing the T Hub on himself is awaited. The buildings which will be four times bigger than the present one, will be built with modern technology at Gachchibowli. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao will soon lay the foundation stone for the buildings, it is learnt.
T-Hub completes one year today. It was built with a minimum expenditure of Rs 40 crore in a 70,000 square feet area in IIIT campus. Ratan Tata and the Governor ESL Narasimhan have inaugurated the campus.
