Lodged a Complaint against TDP leader Nara Lokesh

Nara-LokeshHyderabad: The Telangana state advocates file case against Nara Lokesh for defaming KCR. They approached the Banjara Hills police station and lodged a complaint.

According to the report, Mr.Lokesh in his speech at NTR Bhavan during his death anniversary, said that KCR was incapable of being a chief minister and in last six months he done nothing apart from procuring a new fleet of vehicles for the police and changing the colour of the vehicles.

“His statement are objectionable and could affect peace and tranquility in society. Hence we requested the police to book a case against Mr. Lokesh under sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups of religion, race, place of birth and other two cases like 504 and 505 of the IPC and initiate action against him” said Advocate Konthan Govardhan Reddy. Banjara Hills police said they have a complaint and acknowledged it but are yet to book a case and hence sought legal opinion to proceed further.
