Mega budget for AP, estimates 1,11,824 Crore expenditure in 2014-15

Mega-budget-for-APThe Andhra Pradesh government on Wednesday in its budget estimate for 2014-2015 proposed an expenditure of Rs. 1,11,824 Crore. No fresh taxes have been imposed in the budget.

State Finance Minister Y Ramakrishnudu said in his budget speech,” For financial year 2014-15, government proposes an expenditure of Rs 1,11,824 Crore; Non-plan expenditure is estimated at Rs 85,151 Crore and plan expenditure at Rs 26,673 Crore”.

He continued, “Our priority is inclusive growth in which equitable opportunities are advanced to all participants in the process of economic growth and benefits accrue to all sections of society particularly those belonging to vulnerable sections”.

The finance minister emphasized on inclusive growth with an equal opportunity to all the participants in the process of economic growth.

The special agricultural budget will be presented on Friday, August 22.
