Missing aircraft plunged into Southern Indian ocean: Malaysian PM

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak today night announced in a press conference that the missing Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 was found to have ended its flight in the remote waters of the southern Indian Ocean. “Last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, this is a remote location far from any possible landing site,” he said. The ill-fated flight was carrying 239 people on board, vanished from radars when it took off from Kuala Lumpur 17 days ago.
