Telangana IT minister KT Rama Rao disclosed that more nominated posts will be filled up soon. He was speaking at a public function in Warangal today after the swearing in of Marri Yadava Reddy as Chairman of Kakatiya Urban Development Authority. “The Chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao has already started the process of appoing chairpersons and members to various bodies. More willl be done soon and more people who actively took part in the agitation for separate state will be honored with the posts” Mr Rao said.
Taking a jibe at PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy who vowed not to shave his beard till Congress returns to power in Telangana, KTR said- “Nobody would become a chief ministe just by sporting a beard. You have to do good to people. Take any survey done by anyone in the country, KCR is number one in terms of popularity and delivering goods”
He said Warangal will be developed in all spheres, especially in IT and textile sectors. The new textile park that will be coming up near Chitalapalli near the city will fetch thousands of jobs, he added.
